Acceptance Of Terms and Conditions:

Your access to and use of ParaCon Tactical is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the website.

Legal Advice:

Any content on the ParaCon Tactical website is not intended as and does not constitute legal advice and should not be solely relied upon in making, or refraining from making, any decision.

Change of Use:

ParaCon Tactical reserves the right to (a) change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that ParaCon Tactical shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and (b) change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

In the event of incorrect pricing or product descriptions, ParaCon Tactical reserves the right to cancel any order and not be held liable for incorrect item descriptions.

The ParaCon Tactical website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

Severance:

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of USA and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.

ITAR Restrictions:

Some of our products are regulated by ITAR restrictions. The buyer assumes all responsibility for adhering to these regulations after purchase. ParaCon Tactical does not sell internationally.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site. Googles use of cookies enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of Googles cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

What we do with the information we gather?

We collect this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Security?

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Shipping Policy

Our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, Fedex, and occasionally local carriers Monday through Friday. All shipping and handling charges will be paid by the buyer unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply depending on the product and delivery location. No shipments process on Saturday or Sunday. We do not ship internationally.

All free shipping promos are for the contiguous US only. AK, HI, and other territories will incur additional shipping fees.

Certain products, such as firearms and receivers, MUST ship to a licensed dealer in your state. If you need assistance locating a FFL dealer to have your firearm shipped to, you can enter your zip code at the GunBroker FFL dealer network website and choose a local FFL dealer. We require a signed copy of the transfer dealers FFL before shipment.

The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers.
Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms.
Contact your local FFL dealer before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer.
The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.

If you order a handgun, stockless shotgun, complete AR or AK receiver, or stripped lower receiver, you MUST be:
a. A legal resident of the state in which you are transferring the firearm.
b. 21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your local FFL.
Exceptions: Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines with proper proof of deployment, residence, etc..

Be sure to retain all packaging and documentation. ParaCon Tactical can not be held liable for damages.

Ordering Restrictions:

ParaCon Tactical does not warrant that you may legally purchase, resell, own or use any specific products offered by our company. Many cities and states prohibit certain products and you, the customer, must be in compliance with all local and state laws regarding these products. Some of these products include, but are not limited to, firearms, ammunition, high capacity magazines and knives. Some prohibitive states include but are not limited to California, New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Massachusetts,. When you place an order with us for products that may have restrictions, you warrant to us that you are a legal adult without legal restrictions and are in compliance with all local, state and federal laws. Check all local laws before placing your order.

Please only order items that you know you can legally be purchased in your state.
There will be a 30% restocking fee on all controlled items returned because of failed background checks or other non defect reasons.

:Firearm Shipments:

WE SHIP ONLY TO VALID FFL DEALERS.

Please follow all directions prompted to you at checkout. This will ensure speedier delivery.
The customer will be asked to provide the FFL information that they wish to use.
If a FFL is not available at the time of delivery, the package will not be held at the carrier hub and will be returned to ParaCon Tactical.
Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.

ParaCon Tactical will not ship ANY items to the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.).

ParaCon Tactical will not ship ANY AR or AK Parts or Firearms (Including Receivers) to the City of Chicago, Illinois.

ParaCon Tactical will not ship ANY AR or AK Firearms (Including Receivers) to Aurora, Highland Park, or Cook County, Illinois.

ParaCon Tactical will not ship any handguns to CA that are not on the DOJ roster.

No AR parts will be shipped to Connecticut or Massachusetts and all such orders will be cancelled and the customer will be charged a 10% fee.

Stripped lower receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:

Connecticut
Massachusetts

Complete AR and AK receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:

California
Connecticut
Maryland
Massachusetts
New Jersey
New York

Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to the following states:

California (No “assault weapons” can be shipped.)
Connecticut
Maryland
Massachusetts
New Jersey
New York

:Magazines:

ParaCon Tactical abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of high capacity magazines.
We do not ship high capacity magazines, with or without, firearms to the states listed below.
We will not replace high capacity magazines with state compliant magazines.
We do not offer refunds in place of the magazines.

It is the customers responsibility for understanding states laws regarding magazine capacities.

Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled and will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

:Some States with magazine restrictions (May not be a complete/accurate list):

California - No magazines greater than 10 rounds
Colorado - No magazines greater than 15 rounds. July 1, 2013
Connecticut - 10 rounds and less with a valid permit
Hawaii - No magazines greater than 10 rounds
Illinois:
--North Chicago - No rifle magazines greater than 16 rounds
--Aurora, Skokie, Chicago, Evanstor - No rifle magazines greater than 15 rounds
--Highland Park, Cook County, Dolton, Homewood - No magazines greater than 10 rounds
Maryland - No magazines greater than 10 rounds. October 1, 2013
New Jersey - No magazines greater than 15 rounds
New York - No magazines greater than 10 rounds
Massachusetts - No pistol magazines over 10 rounds and no semi-automatic rifle or semi-automatic shotgun magazines over 5 rounds. No .22 caliber conversion kits
Ohio - No magazines greater than 30 round

ParaCon Tactical does not sell or ship internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

All firearm sales are final once transferred, so please make sure you order the correct item. Once your firearm arrives at your transferring dealer, please inspect it thoroughly before completing the transfer paperwork. If there is any damage to the firearm, please contact us immediately and DO NOT complete the transfer paperwork. If you take delivery of the firearm and later find an issue, it will need to be sent back directly to the manufacturer for repairs. Any warranty expenses will need to be worked out between you and the manufacturer directly. If the firearm is found to be defective while still at the dealer, we will get the firearm shipped back to us and do our best to replace the item, offer you an alternative, or issue a refund depending on availability.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. All other returns, exchanges, or cancellations are at our sole discretion and may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. When exchanging an item, if that item is no longer available then a refund will be issued. Refunds will not be issued until we have received the item.

If we erroneously sent you the wrong item, please accept our apology as we do our best to ensure accuracy and contact us immediately so we can quickly correct this for you. If this is a firearm requiring a transfer, leave the firearm with the dealer and DO NOT TRANSFER it into your name. Once it has transferred, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All firearm sales are final once transferred.

Any returns must be coordinated with ParaCon Tactical. Please contact customer service for an RMA# as we cannot receive the return without this. When exchanging an item, the new item will not be shipped until the old item is received.

Any Refunds will be at the sole discretion of ParaCon Tactical.

Inventory and Availability

Our inventory and our distributors inventory can change rapidly. While we do carry some inventory on site, most items will ship from one of our distributors warehouses. While we make every attempt to make sure the information on our website is correct, ParaCon Tactical will not guarantee that titles, pictures, descriptions, availability or prices on our site are error free. We reserve the right to cancel any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the price or description. In the event that an order is cancelled, we will not charge the customer and we will return funds in full if payment has been sent.

Any special orders will require a 25% deposit to secure your order. All special order deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable, unless the item ordered is discontinued or cannot be acquired, so please be sure the item you are purchasing is in fact the one you would like. Deposits may be transferred to another item if the manufacturer is unable to deliver the product to us in a timely manner.

Some products may have extended delivery times. A deposit does not guarantee the price for your order. In some instances we do need to adjust the price if the cost for the item has increased. You are encouraged to contact our sales department for an approximate delivery date.

We do our best to keep our inventory as accurate as possible but unfortunately an item may get oversold. If we can secure that item in a timely manner we will notify you of the estimated shipping time. If the item is not available a timely manner we will refund your order immediately. Please note, each bank is different as to how quickly your bank applies the funds back to your account. The refund could take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to show on your account.

Items marked as "Temporarily Out of Stock" are items that we currently do not have in our inventory or in the manufacturers or suppliers warehouse inventory.
Items marked as "Ships to Store in 5-8 Days" are items that we currently do not have in our inventory but are in the manufacturers or suppliers inventory warehouse and can be shipped to us within 5-8 days.

If you order an item with the "Ships to Store in 5-8 Days" status, please allow for the additional time to get it out to you.

DO NOT order an item marked as "Temporarily Out of Stock".

Credit Card Processing Fees:

Warranty Information

Most new products ship with a full manufacturer warranty.

Some products, manufacturer warranty or not, may come with a distributor warranty, such as Davidson's Lifetime Replacement.

Other products come as-is with no warranty.

All manufacturer warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer and not ParaCon Tactical.

The Davidson's Lifetime Replacement warranty will be facilitated through ParaCon Tactical with Davidson's.
